So I called back 30 minutes before I wanted it, and was told my burger would be ready in 10 minutes. It's almost like I was inconveniencing them. Some places were thanking me for the business during the pandemic, and for having consideration to order in advance so their kitchen wouldn't be overwhelmed. But I was told I can't place an order in advance it was recommended that I call 30 minutes before I would come to pickup. I called 4 hours in advance to place a pickup order. I tried to order from Cibo during Le Burger Week. Thanks for making my first visit to Canada that much better! I was impressed at how Blue and Jesse kept their composure.

As the time went on, it got incredibly busy, but the service did not go down. Now last but not least was the Pickerel Fritto which was like a wizard meeting poutine. Perfectly seasoned cooked rice, made into a ball with some cheese in the middle and fried! The ceviche was served with pita bread vs chips and the tomato sauce was tasteful and reminded me of hummus. We had the calamari which I felt was made fresh and reminded me of a Southern style spice. The ambience of the place, the service and the food were a hit and that is hard to do. She went over the menu and made some suggestions. Our host Blue was also dressed sharp and extremely attentive to our needs. Jesse even took some time to provide some of his favorite dishes. I first met a gentleman named Jesse who was dressed sharp and went out of his way to make sure we had a great table. Overall we both really loved our experience at Cibo and would definitely recommend to our friends, family and YOU.

The drunken mushroom was what we initially went to try and is delicious just make sure your are a cheese lover when ordering this zaaa. The Greek Salad was tasty, a good portion and came with pita bread & tzatziki dip. Without forgetting about the side, our fries were very crispy and not oily some of the best in town according to my boyfriend. I LOVED the Caprese Sandwich, being a vegetarian I don't often find the best sandwich options but this sandwich did not disappoint. For our entrees we share the Greek Salad, Caprese Sandwich with Fries and the Drunken Mushroom Pizza. Each combo was light, tasty and made us crave more. The bread was fresh and toasted to perfection. Next, we order the bruschetta, getting all three choices that are offered. The Sangria was fruity and refreshing but didn't let me forget about the wine which I appreciate in a Sangria. it's the little things in life right? I got the Red Sangria and my boyfriend got the Blackberry Old Fashioned, both we're tasty though we'd recommend the Sangria.

The second thing we really enjoyed was that they use crushed ice. The over all atmosphere was on point, we loved the high ceilings and industrial decor. We really enjoyed ourselves and not only because we basically had the whole place to ourselves.
